Museum admission and activities are free of charge for 12 years old and under. No reservations, unless specified otherwise. Activities in English and French.

Sunday Workshop
A hands-on workshop featuring themes and discoveries related to our exhibitions and collections.
Sundays from May 5, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
History's in its Sunday Best... for First Peoples! Let the vitality of ancestral skills be your inspiration as you string a beaded bracelet.
Workshops presented in English and French. Free for children 3 to 12.
Parents and Tots
NEW PARENTS-AND-TOTS ACTIVITY!
Share your passion for history with your baby and learn to crochet!
Craft colourful woollen squares just like Grandma used to make! Wool and crochet hooks provided by the Museum.
Touch and play boxes are available for your use in the exhibitions.
Last wednesday of each month, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
Free admission* for one parent and baby under 18 months.
No reservation required. Access at any time during the activity.
*From June 6 to October 6 2013, additional fee ($ 7.50) will be charged for the exhibition From Philadelphia to Monaco: Grace Kelly - Beyond the Icon.

Children's Birthday Parties
A birthday celebration at the McCord Museum is guaranteed fun!
See how thrilling it is to discover history through creative activities.
Three possibilities:
1-TOTEM
Find the animals hidden on the giant Haida totem pole, which has many secrets to reveal. In a creative workshop, children fashion a totem pole of their own family out of clay.
2-SEARCH FOR THE LOST TALISMAN
Set out on a treasure hunt through the Museum's collections to find the good-luck charm. In a creative workshop, children make their own talisman out of Model Magic.
3-TOYS 3 (Until April 28, 2013)
Travel to a world of wonders and go on a wild adventure in the Toys 3 - The Voyage exhibition. In a creative workshop, children transform a postcard into a messenger pigeon.
