Baseball in Quebec is more than one hundred years old! To bring to life the greatest moments of baseball history, the McCord and the television sports channel Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc. present Play-Ball Montréal. This exciting exhibition is drawn primarily from the private collection of Montreal magician Alain Choquette, and has been carefully created to appeal to die-hard sports fans and their friends and families. Come see these rare historic treasures, including a photo of the 1896 Montreal Royals team of the Canadian League, Jackie Robinson's personal letters, and relics of Rick Monday's legendary home-run. Fans will also be able to test their knowledge of baseball history and trivia with on-site games. Play ball!
