This database is made up of 11,000 old photographs that have been matched with audio backgrounds. Re-created in studio, these backgrounds evoke sounds typical of the period when the photograph was taken.

You may consult the photographs in two ways: either in specific groups divided into eight main categories, or by keywords that refer to audio, visual or conceptual realities.
